Waterjet cutting tables
Idasa sells the Waterjet Cutting XY 2D Idacut™ XY2000 coordinate models of table for water and water + abrasive cutting for general multisector waterjet cutting of soft and hard (cutting with abrasive) materials. The XY2000 table is a machine that is simple to program, versatile, allowing the operator to work on three sides of the machined part.
General characteristics
The IdaCut™ XY2000 table is the soundproofing of the waterjet. The waterjet is launched at Mach Two speed, producing a deafening noise, which is reduced during the cutting process to 32 decibels thanks to the "Silent" system. The machine includes the option of using multiple cutting nozzles enabling the production of machined parts to be considerably increased. The XY2000's useful working area is 4,000 x 2,000mm The machine is compact, easily transported and only requires air, cutting water and electricity. It includes a CAD/CAD4 design program which makes the machine easy to program using the design files themselves.
