IDASA organizes its first plastics conference

In July, Ingeniería de Aplicaciones, S.A. will hold the first conference on "Robot systems for cutting and welding plastics".

This conference, which will be held jointly with ABB and Jenoptik, offers a wide range of talks about different technologies applicable to cutting plastic materials: waterjet, laser and milling, as well as laser welding. It also offers the opportunity for discovering and sharing knowledge, experiences and projects with many diverse personalities from the world of cutting. The conferences are aimed at professionals from the plastics industry, both those interested in cutting and those interested in applying new processes to the plastic. The conference will be held at ABB's facilities, on the S.O. de Sant Quirze del Vallés Industrial Estate on 21 and 22 July. Attendance is completely free, and, apart from the talks given, there will be also time and opportunities to see different models of cutting installations, such as, for example, a laser cutting machine supplied by IDASA-Jenoptik.
