The Challenge Nissan returns.

With the arrival of the good weather and the spring the motor competitions return again, and the Challenge Nissan is not an exception. The monomark competition of the well- known Japanese mark has organized again the Nissan challenge, which will start the first weekend of April with the Rally Ramblas del Huertal Overa.

Due to the good functioning and success of the competition promoted by the well-known Japanese mark last year, at the beginning of the month of April will start up the second edition of the competition of rallys Challenge Nissan 2006. It is about a mono mark competition included within the championship of Spain all-terrain vehicles.

Like last year the teams have been, during this month of March, completing the preparations for the beginning of the season.

The Nissan Pick Up piloted by the veterans Antonio and Enric and sponsored by IDASA and JENOPTIK, amongst other marks, will make its debut at the beginning of April in Almería with the first race of the calendar 2006, the Rally Ramblas del Huercal Overa.

This year the schedule presents some novelties with regard to the last year such as the Rally Ibérico Trans Algarve, which covers Spanish and Portuguese sections, or the leaving of the Rally de Tàrrega, which was the first race of the Challenge 2005. We can remark that due to the bureaucratic problems occurred in the last year on the Rally TT of Melilla, it is also being considering the possibility to retire it from the circuit.
