Palletization
Idasa has developed a robotic cell that palletizes plastic material using a robot equipment controlled from a PC and connected by Profibus to the plant's production system.
The robots hold a dialog with the reel manufacturing machine, exchange information concerning manufacturing time, reel weight, length in meters of each one, number of reels per cycle, destination customer, quantity on a pallet, partial and total weight, arrangement of reels on the pallet and checking the diameter of each reel. This equipment also has a laser marking system within the reel spindle with the weight, the batch number, the date of manufacture, and the weight of the reel, together with any information required by the customer. The versatility of this system allows the palletization of any size of reel, always palletizing the reel as efficiently as possible to take advantage of the space and optimize the transport.
Product Palletizing
The same robotic system allows any type of product palletizing, packing boxes, glass bottles, plastic Bottles, boxes, metal drums, etc..
