Artificial vision | IdaTest ®
Basic Operation
The artificial vision system consists of a control system to control quality of production errors by cameras and sophisticated software to detect errors or imperfections in the piece.
When the piece is in the control area, a group of cameras perform a set of digital photographs. The control software makes the pixels of the photographs in a binary value by assigning a value based on its hue (white / black - 0 / 255). Followed by a comparison between the values the software can detect whether the image is displayed or not some flaw in the piece.
Applications
The artificial vision system not only allows quality control in production lines. It is also used for manipulation of products in sectors as varied as food, "packaging", automotive, etc.
