Quality certificate UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000

Ingenieria de Aplicaciones, S.A. has passed this September the maintenance audit of its quality system based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard. This audit, carried out by the noted Compagnie Lloyd’s Register, certifies the commitment of IDASA to the quality of all its Produits and services.

Following our line of action, Ingenieria de Aplicaciones, S.A. keeps maintaining the Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2000, that acknowledges the quality of our management systems in all the areas of the Compagnie. With the purpose of offering always the best to our clients, IDASA has focused its efforts and commitment to the continuous improvement of its working processes and lines of development of new Produits and services from its foundation. This certification offers additional guarantees to our clients:

Trust. The application of our management systems under this regulatory scheme provides them with a total guarantee that makes them deserve the trust of our clients and suppliers.

Satisfaction. The final objective of the ISO 9001 standard is the satisfaction of the client. IDASA wants to demonstrate its degree of commitment to achieve this objective by applying a regulation that assures the total satisfaction of our clients and users.

Guarantee of continuous improvement. IDASA shows with this certification its aim of improving constantly its processes and procedures, involving the employees, clients and suppliers in the daily process of improvement.

A. What is the ISO? It is the name by which the International Organization for Standardization in known. This organization is devoted to promote standardization worldwide by applying certain standards in all organizations in order to ensure the international exchange of goods and services.

B. What is ISO 9001:2000 standard about? The ISO 9001 Standard is put into practice when the objective is to achieve client satisfaction with the Produits and services in a consistent way. Specifically, among the different standard models that may be applied by companies, the ISO 9001 standard applies to those companies that design, manufacture and provide services related to their Produits. The standard consists of different clauses, each of which establish the requirements for the different areas of the quality management system of the Compagnie. They are basic principles for quality management aimed to improve the running of the organization, applicable to the organizational aspects of a Compagnie, that seek to improve Produits and services and whose final purpose is to achieve the satisfaction of the client.

C. What is the Quality Certificate UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000? The Quality Certificate is granted by certification bodies - that can be either national or foreign - which carry out an exhaustive evaluation of the processes of the companies that desire to obtain said document. The entities that voluntarily seek to obtain this certificate must assure that they have implemented a quality management system in their processes. In order to obtain the certification, the interested companies are subject to a series of evaluations, such as diagnostic audits, managing system revisions and documentation evaluations, among others. The Quality Certificate UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 is a certificate issued by certain certification bodies that proves that all the requirements included in the standard are fulfilled.

D. Does the ISO 9001:2000 standard provide any benefit to the clients of IDASA? This accreditation indicates that IDASA is committed to its clients, as it proves that we are concerned for the acceptance and results of our work and for the degree of satisfaction of our clients. In this sense, the clients and suppliers of IDASA must feel like an integral part of our process of product and services improvement, as they are a critical part in the continuous improvement of our work. Knowing that IDASA fulfills the ISO 9001 standard offers the guarantee and assurance of the quality of our Produits and services that our clients need in order to reach their satisfaction.
