Coupe Laser 2D/3D
Idasa develops with Jenoptik Automatisierungstechnik GmbH robotic three dimension Coupe Laser cells.
This system is used in fields and industries that requires high precision and it is used mainly by the automotive industry for cutting interior pieces, as columns, armrests, decorative material or exterior parts like fuel tanks and rubber sealing glass.
General characteristics
The machine has two workstations with a turntable, which helps to reduce the cycle time, overlapping the cutting time with the Charge et décharge time, another advantage of the system is that the cut is always done in a fully closed and sound proofed cabin, equipped with a suction and filtration equipment that ensure the elimination of all gases resulting from the Coupe Laser and maintains the work area outside the cabin, eliminating any possibility of accident with the laser.
